『ESL One Manila 2016』は、東南アジア初となるDota 2のプレミア大会として2016年4月23～24日にフィリピン・マニラで開催されます。

- 開催地: Mall of Asia Arena (フィリピン・マニラ)
- 賞金総額: $250,000
- 出場チーム数: 8
大会は、招待2チームに加えて予選を勝ち抜いたヨーロッパ1チーム、アメリカ1チーム、フィリピン1チーム、東南アジア2チーム、中国1チーム、の計8チームが出場して実施されます。

Team Secretが招待されていたそうですが、両チームともに招待を辞退したことを明らかにしていました。
