- 16チーム出場
- スイス式トーナメント
- 1～3位：プレーオフ進出
- 4～13位：プレーオフ進出決定戦 進出
- 14～16位：敗退
4～13位の10チームはプレーオフ進出決定戦で対戦を行ない、5チームがプレーオフに進出します。
プレーオフは8チームによるダブルエリミネーション方式トーナメントで実施されます。
大会は、日本時間9月4日(木)17時より開幕となります。
