「G2 Esports」と「Team Liquid」が、トレード移籍に関する発表を行ないました。
Team Liquidにとって重要なトレード VRSリージョンがアメリカに変更
今回のトレード移籍は、「Team Liquid」にとって重要な意味を持ちます。
2026年6月に開催されるメジャー大会『Intel Extreme Masters Cologne Major 2026』の出場32チームは、2026年4月付けの公式ランキング順位を元に招待されます。
ヨーロッパは上位17チーム、アメリカは上位10チームが出場になります。
公式ランキング「Valve Regional Standings」における所属リージョン割り当ては、チームに在籍する選手の国籍の多数派によって決定されます。
ロスターの地域割り当て
ロスターの地域割り当ては、所属する選手の多数を占める地域によって決定されます。
同数となった場合は、メジャー大会でより多くの出場枠が割り当てられている地域に振り分けられます(ヨーロッパ→アメリカ→アジアの順)。

今回、「Team Liquid」がイスラエル国籍のNertZに代えてグアテマラ国籍のmalbsMdを獲得したことで、カナダ国籍のNAF、アメリカ国籍のEliGEと合わせて、割り当てリージョンがヨーロッパからアメリカに変更されます。
「Team Liquid」は2026年3月2日付けの最新ランキングで1,400ポイントを保有し、ヨーロッパランキング23位とメジャー出場圏外の状況です。
アメリカリージョンに移動となった場合、アメリカランキングメジャー出場圏内入りすることになります。
